Donations made to Neighbors 4 Neighbors go directly to the most vulnerable in our community. We host various programs, such as our Back To Scool Fund, Mental Wellness Campaign, Ashley Oā€™s Food Fight, Family Fund, the Adopt A Family 4 the Holidays Program and more! How long had Neighbors 4 Neighbors been around?

Neighbors 4 Neighbors is an independent nonprofit organization that is not part of CBS4. However, we do partner with CBS4 and MyTV33 to tell stories about our neighbors in need. The television station donates office space and over $500,000 in airtime each year, but money to run the organization and provide services, comes from grants, individual and corporate donations.

Who qualifies for help from Neighbors 4 Neighbors?

People come to us through a variety of ways. Many are referred by local service providers, other non-profit agencies, and schools. Or if you need help finding the right resource for you, please call us atĀ 305-597-4404.

How long had Neighbors 4 Neighbors been around?

Neighbors 4 Neighbors was originally created in 1992 in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew by WFOR-TV (CBS4) the relief effort "Rebuilding: Neighbors Helping Neighbors" consisted of a 15-line phone bank, staffed 18 hours daily with volunteers and station personnel. Since then, weā€™ve quickly expanded our services beyond hurricane relief and evolved into one of the most effective vehicles for connecting those in need with those who can help and forging strong relationships with community and business leaders willing to tackle difficult issues.
