Positive Images is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit women's organization formed to assist women and their families who are in transition.
Positive Images has served approximately 10,000 individuals in its seminars and services
Positive Images provides:
- A center to address gender specific barriers, health and empowerment issues
- Professional clothing for the first interview
- Job readiness seminars
- Dress for success seminars
- Support groups to assist in retaining jobs, AA, NA, Toastmasters
- Substance abuse outpatient treatment
- Counseling and testing for HIVAIDS
- HIV/AIDS prevention services
- Transitional housing for women
