Operation Family First's mission is to provide free, localized, and confidential counseling and educational services to Florida's "Citizen Soldiers" and their immediate family members.

Operation Family First is a new state-wide family assistance program which provide C.A.R.E services, (Counseling, Advocacy, Referral, and Education), exclusively for Active (Air and Army) Florida National Guardsmen and their immediate family members. Services provided are, but not limited to, Enhanced Case Management and Referral Services, Crisis Intervention, Relationship Counseling, Emotional/Anger Management, Grief Counseling, address Child Behavioral Problems, Depression, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and much more. Mental Health Counseling/Educational services are provided by trained Licensed Mental Health Counselors and/or Masters-Leveled Counselors. All of these services are FREE, totally CONFIDENTIAL, and LOCALIZED, where Counselors and Case Managers actually go out to the homes and/or community settings to provide these services to maximize a client's level of comfort and accessibility.
